Rules and Regulations For Primary

      Regular school timings for Class LKG & UKG will be 8.30 a.m to 1.20 p.m

      The diary is to be brought to the school everyday.

      Parents are requested to check their ward’s diary daily. Any communication by the school must be signed by the parent(s).

      Attendance at PTM meetings is compulsory and parents are requested to attend them regularly.

      Leave record in the school diary should be filled and signed by the parents in case the child is availing leave. Long leave should be informed earlier with the supportive document.

      Parents/Guardians are responsible for leaving/receiving their children/wards at the school gate at the commencement/closure of school everyday. Parents must adhere to the school timings. Coming late to school will not be tolerated as this disturbs the regular functioning of the school.

      Costly jewellery /ornaments/flowers/bangles/bindis and other valuable articles are prohibited to be worn/brought to the school.

      Fee is to be remitted on-line. The copy of the fee receipt is to be submitted to the class teacher and office. Payment of fees should be adhered to as per the time schedule.

      Parents are requested to provide an alternative contact number/person to communicate in the absence/non-availability of parents. In case of any change in contact number/person, parents must immediately intimate the class teacher.

      Parents should avoid sending instant/junk food like Maggie noodles, lays, kurkure etc. Non-vegetarian food items may be avoided. Children should bring a small napkin along with tiffin, water bottle and spoon regularly.

      Kindly avoid sending food in plastic container.

      Parents should ensure cleanliness of their wards (like proper uniform , hair-cut, trimmed nails, polished black shoes , clean white shoes). Please send one set of spare dress in the bag daily.

      In case any of medical problems, which requires instant medication, the same should be informed to the class teacher at the beginning of the academic year.

      Parents should ensure that notebooks and textbooks remain covered throughout the year.

      Ensure that all mobile phones/contact numbers are functional during school hours.

      All the circulars will be communicated to parents through school diary.
